党的建设对于世界各国共产党的长久发展具有重要意义。作为拉美资本主义国家中规模最大的共产党,巴西共产党是世界社会主义运动与巴西作为全球南方国家的重要力量之一,其在资本主义国家中的党建实践具有较强的理论研究价值和代表意义。巴西共产党自成立以来经历了政治成形、合法化斗争、民主争取、民主参与等一系列曲折的历史发展阶段,在政党建设各方面进行了不懈的探索,在历史环境的持续变化中能够坚守马克思主义政治立场、加强党内生活的组织建设、提升党员干部的政治水平、发展社会主义运动策略,积累了本土化的政党建设经验,总体呈现出时代性、灵活性、原则性、民族性四大特征。现阶段,巴共正面临着新的机遇与挑战,不仅需要把握全球南方群体性崛起、新自由主义长期累积的结构性矛盾、拉美政治格局演变、网络信息技术进步等带来的国内外机遇,同时也需要注意灵活应对地缘政治和选举政治变局带来的外部挑战,巩固扩大党的统一战线和社会基础,补强党在政治建设和纪律建设方面的短板,从而提升自身在巴西议会政治和国家机构中的影响力和适应性。巴西共产党的党建实践、特征及发展前景研究有助于把握当代世界社会主义运动的前沿趋势,为加强各国共产党的党际交流与合作提供参照。
Abstract：Scientific and systematic party building is the core guaranteefor the long-term survival and sustainable development of communistparties across the world. As the largest communist party operating within acapitalist system in Latin America, the Communist Party of Brazil(PCdoB) constitutes a crucial driving force for the development of theglobal socialist movement. Its long-term party building practices undercapitalist institutional environments possess high theoretical research valueand typical representative significance for global left-wing political parties.Since its founding, the PCdoB has experienced tortuous developmentalstages including initial political formation, arduous legalization struggles,progressive democratic right striving, and normalized democratic politicalparticipation. Throughout changing domestic and international politicalenvironments, the PCdoB has adhered to Marxist fundamental politicalpositions, continuously strengthened intra-party organizational construction,improved the political literacy and comprehensive governance capacity ofparty cadres, and innovated strategic layouts for socialist movementdevelopment. Through long-term practical exploration, the PCdoB hasaccumulated abundant localized party building experience, forming fourdistinctive developmental characteristics: 1) contemporaneity, 2) flexibleadaptability, 3) principled persistence, and 4) national specificity. In thecurrent global context, the PCdoB faces overlapping strategic opportunitiesand severe challenges. It can capitalize on favorable conditions such as thecollective rise of Global South forces, the accumulated structuralcontradictions of neoliberalism, governing contest between the left and theright in Latin America, and the popularization of digital information technology. Meanwhile, it must actively respond to external risks broughtby complex geopolitical changes and volatile electoral politics. To furtherenhance its political influence in Brazil's parliamentary system andnational governance institutions, the PCdoB needs to comprehensivelyimprove its work on united front construction, political building, anddisciplinary building, making up for existing institutional and practicaldeficiencies. At present, research on the party building practices,characteristics and development prospects of the PCdoB helps grasp thecutting-edge trends of the contemporary world socialist movement andprovides a reference for strengthening inter-party exchanges and cooperationamong communist parties of various countries.
